Can I choose the design?
Absolutely! We’ll share some templates from our library and customize your websites based on what inspires you.
Remember, these are mini-websites designed for a bio, blog and optional sales. For a full-scale corporate solution, please get in touch.
How long does it take?
In most cases, websites are up and ready within a week or two!

How do I update my website?
Once built, you are in control with WordPress and we encourage you to download the compatible mobile apps to post blogs, update pages and manage your shop.
Every year, you can access 2x Support Tickets from your account orders’ page. At your request, we’ll update your website to keep things fresh, all included in your fee!
Can I sell stuff online?
Yes! We can install WooCommerce and guide you through setting up your direct-deposit/payment info.
WooCommerce enables basic sales of physical and virtual goods, with built-in payment processing powered by WooPayments.
To enable subscriptions, memberships or additional premium features, a plug-in may be required at a nominal charge.
WooCommerce is powerful, and at any time you add it to a WordPress website, however it’s best to build it in from the start or ask for an eCommerce-compatible build if you think you might want it in the future.
Fees, costs and charges?
We aim to offer low-cost hosting and don’t have hidden fees.
eCommerce sites are subject to fees charged by the payment processor, including per-transaction fees of a set and/or variable rate. (That means that you pay about 3% per transaction + $0.25 fee on all credit-card transactions.)
There are no transaction fees for offline payments, cash orders, e-transfers or zero-dollar transactions.
We do not directly charge you transaction fees when you sell stuff, and only charge you an annual hosting fee.
What email options are there?
Free email forwarding will route incoming mail from your domain to your current inbox (like gmail).
Optionally, we can provide a professionally-branded email account to keep things legit while you look professional online.
Are domains included?
We’ll provide 1 FREE domain name in a .com or .ca.
You can request both if they’re available, which we recommend.
Additional domain extensions are available if you’re feeling creative.
Why a sign-up fee?
Because use on-demand resources and to comply with industry regulatory requirements.
The fee covers things like the “internet tax” that’s paid on domain registrations or one-time licensing fees to ensure artists get paid for any assets in our shared library.

Some important things to know:
- This is a WordPress website special and you are encouraged to learn how to use WordPress. Once we deliver your finished build, you can literally do whatever you want with it, including post blogs, make new pages and even assign team-members to manage your shop.
- Renews annually until cancelled. Failed renewals due to billing error may cause a loss of data or recovery/restoration charges.
- Our Design Team will use an exiting template from our library, to customize your site after hearing your design requirements. If you are unsatisfied with the selection of templates we can provide, you may supply your own (purchased from sites like themeforest) request a refund/credit for a cancelled transaction.
- We have an extensive library of FREE and PAID premium plug-ins for WooCommerce that enable commonly requested premium features. You can purchase the required plug-ins yourself from WooCommerce, or from us by using the provided links in your Support Tickets.
- In rare cases, we reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for additional resource allocation for sites that exceed the provided limit.
- You may submit a ticket at any time to request a content update to your existing web pages using the Support Ticket system. We believe you shouldn’t pay more to keep your profile up-to-date, but do believe in fair-billing for requests such as building new pages, installing new plug-ins or other major changes. We’ll work with you to update your photos, bio, links etc., every year and encourage you to continue expanding your website as the ideas flow.You’re in control with WordPress and we’re here to help when you need!
- Website backups and firewall automatically store a copy of your site on our servers every month in case things go wrong. Our firewall will protect your site from hackers, but we don’t monitor your content like a stalker.
